Rick answered all our calls and questions promptly- he sold our previous house for us when we moved to Manitoba. He even came by on the day we were moving to see how it was going. We both had a nasty bout of the flu and Rick was kind enough to have someone clean our home (at his expense) when the truck was loaded. That was well above the call of duty! Rick made me feel like I was his only client. He was very prompt in calling me, worked around my schedule and bent over backwards. He took the time to pay attention to what I needed.
